Returns and Refund Policy
At Dealerclockstore, we stand behind the quality of our wall clocks. Since our primary fulfillment and operations are based in Dubai, UAE, we have established a clear return process for our United States customers to ensure a smooth experience.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return

Please provide your order number and photos of the item.

Because we fulfill orders internationally, our team will provide you with the specific documentation and address for our UAE Operations Center.

Note: Items sent back to our US registered office without prior authorization cannot be processed for refunds.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (damaged during international transit or wrong item sent), Dealerclockstore covers all return shipping costs.

Change of Mind (Customer Remorse): If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the international shipping costs from the USA to our UAE operations center.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.
4. Damaged Items (International Transit)
Wall clocks are delicate. If your item arrives damaged from our Dubai facility, please contact us within 48 hours at +971 55 879 2279 or email photos to support@Dealerclockstore.com. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our UAE center, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approval: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
